Which methods of payment do you accept in your shop?

I accept payment via PayPal, debit and credit cards, and Apple Pay.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I ship everything with great care from my studio in the UK and I'm happy to send items anywhere in the world.

How much does shipping cost?

When you order directly from my shop on this site, there is free worldwide shipping on all orders.

How soon will you send my order?

All orders will be sent within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase, sometimes sooner. If you're in a particular hurry, please let me know and I'll try to send your order as soon as possible. You will receive a shipping notification to let you know when your package is on its way.

What do I do if my item doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order (damaged in transit, missing parcel etc.) please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to deal with the situation quickly, either by issuing a refund or exchange. I package everything very carefully to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition, but in very rare cases accidents sometimes happen! I've sent thousands of packages over the past few years, and have had just one or two incidents of damaged items or orders not arriving, so I hope this eases any concerns you may have!

Do you accept wholesale orders?

I do! Mainly for the prints and painted stones, so please contact me for further details. I love working with shops and galleries on wholesale orders, and my work is now stocked in several shops throughout the UK and overseas.

Can I commission you to create some art especially for me?

Yes, you can! I enjoy working on special commissions and custom orders so I'd be very happy to discuss the possibility of creating something for you. More information on commissions and a general price list can be found here.

Can I reserve an item or pay in instalments?

I'm happy to reserve pieces for a short while, so if you'd like to reserve a painting please contact me for details. You can also choose to pay for more expensive pieces in weekly or monthly instalments if you wish.

Where can I find out about new work and products?

I tend to post new work and works-in-progress on my Instagram account. Also keep an eye on my website, blog, and Facebook page, or just visit the shop itself as I add new work on a regular basis! You can also sign up to my mailing list to receive occasional art updates and exclusive offers.

If I see something I'd like to purchase on your website but it isn't in the shop, what should I do?

Not every piece of artwork is in the shop, so please contact me and I'll be able to let you know whether the painting is still available and provide you with more details.
