Which methods of payment do you accept in your shop?
We accept payment via PayPal, debit and credit cards, and Apple Pay.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide, but unfortunately until at least February 2026, shipping to the United States has been suspended due to the new tariffs brought in by the US government, plus associated additional fees and delays. We are hopeful that the situation will become clearer after February, and that we will then be able to reinstate shipping to the US. We apologise for any disappointment; this is a difficult decision to take. We’re keen to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
We are also currently unable to ship to the EU and Northern Ireland, due to new GPSR rules. Again, we apologise for any disappointment, and if the situation changes we will let you know. If you live outside of the US, EU, or NI, and your country isn't listed in the shipping options, please contact us and we will add it for you.
Where can I find shipping prices?
Shipping is now on a flat fee basis per order, which means that you can add as many items as you like to your order without incurring extra shipping costs! The current prices can be found in the announcement bar at the top of the page, and they are also listed in each product description. Original artwork is always sent via a tracked service. We use Royal Mail to ship our orders and occasionally Parcelforce for larger items.
How soon will you send my order?
The next shipping date can be found at the top of the shop page. You will receive a notification via email when your package is on its way, plus a tracking number if applicable.
What do I do if my item doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order (damaged in transit, missing parcel etc.) please get in touch via the contact form. We will do our best to deal with the situation quickly, either by issuing a refund or replacement.
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure that they arrive in good condition. We've sent thousands of packages over the past 15+ years with just a few incidents of damaged or lost items, so hopefully this eases any concerns you may have.
Can I commission Natasha to create some art especially for me?
Natasha currently has no space available in her schedule for commissions, so they are temporarily closed. We will update this section when they re-open.
