Which methods of payment do you accept in your shop?
We accept payment via PayPal, debit and credit cards, and Apple Pay.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! However, we are currently unable to ship to the EU and Northern Ireland, due to new GPSR rules. We apologise for any disappointment, and if the situation changes we will let you know. If you live outside of the EU or NI, and your country isn't listed in the shipping options, please contact us and we will add it for you.
Where can I find shipping prices?
Shipping prices can be found in each product description. Original artwork is always sent via a tracked service. We use Royal Mail to ship our orders, and Parcelforce for larger items.
How soon will you send my order?
The next shipping date can be found at the top of the shop page. You will receive a notification via email when your package is on its way, plus a tracking number if applicable.
What do I do if my item doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged?
If there is a problem with your order, please send a message via the contact form. We will do our best to deal with the situation quickly, either by issuing a refund or replacement.
Can I commission Natasha to create some art especially for me?
Commissions are temporarily closed. We will update this section when they re-open.
