Which methods of payment do you accept in your shop?
I accept payment via PayPal, debit and credit cards, and Apple Pay.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, I ship everything with great care directly from my studio in the UK and I send items anywhere in the world.
How much does shipping cost?
When you order any item from my shop there’s free worldwide shipping, so there are no extra costs.
How soon will you send my order?
All orders will be sent within 5 business days from the date of purchase, often sooner. If you're in a particular hurry, please let me know and I'll try to send your order as soon as possible. You will receive a shipping notification when your package is on its way, including any reference numbers if your order has been sent via tracked mail.
What do I do if my item doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order (damaged in transit, missing parcel etc.) please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to deal with the situation quickly, either by issuing a refund or exchange. I package everything very carefully to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition, but in very rare cases accidents sometimes happen! I've sent thousands of packages over the past few years, and have had just one or two incidents of damaged or lost items, so I hope this eases any concerns you may have.
Do you accept wholesale orders?
I currently accept wholesale orders for art prints - and hopefully products in the near future - so please contact me for further details.
Can I commission you to create some art especially for me?
I often work on special commissions so I'd be happy to discuss the possibility of creating something for you. More information on commissions can be found here.
Can I reserve an item or pay in instalments?
I can hold pieces for a short while, so if you'd like to reserve a painting please contact me for details. You can also choose to pay for more expensive pieces in weekly or monthly instalments if you wish.
Where can I find out about new work and products?
If I see something on your website or social media that I'd like to purchase but it’s not in the shop, what should I do?
Not all artwork is currently in the shop, so please contact me and I'll be able to let you know whether the item is still available and provide you with more details.
